About the Role

- Permanent Part time role, working 24 hours across 4 days (Mon-Thurs) based in our Goulburn office, with travel to our clients homes in the community.

- Work with Aged care clients, completing initial and 3-monthly nursing reviews

- Complete case notes and clinical documentation

- Complete nursing interventions,



such as wound care, clinical escalation and medication concerns

- Provide clinical support and advice to our case managers

About you

- You have a Bachelor of Nursing, and a current AHPRA registration

- Clinical experience; including wound care and catheter care

- Experience working with aged care clients

- You are able to work independently and within a team

- You are able to travel to clients houses

- Excellent communication shills, verbal and written

- Willingness to learn a new system
