Are you an experienced Nursery Hand with a Forklift Licence looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a busy nursery operation, working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to safely transport plants, pallets, and materials throughout the nursery.
- Assist with plant handling, potting, spacing, pruning, and general crop maintenance.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Perform stock movement and inventory tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support the team with general nursery duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, nursery,
or production environment.
- Nursery, horticulture, agriculture, or outdoor labouring experience is highly regarded.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
