We are looking for a senior commercial and property lawyer to join our team as a special counsel or non-equity partner on a fulltime or four day a week basis.

We focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to our clients and fostering a positive and team-based culture. Joining our team means you can contribute to this culture, working both collaboratively and independently to deliver high quality, timely and practical advice and solutions. You will also contribute to the business development of the practice as a leader in the firm.

What is the role?

As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will work in our commercial and property team as they advise on a wide range of commercial matters for business, government and not-for-profit clients, including:





- general commercial contracting and related advice

- restructures, commercial sales and purchases

- partnership, shareholders and unitholder agreements

- commercial leasing, and overseeing our conveyancing practice

- complex and routine corporate and commercial advices

The successful candidate should hold or be eligible to hold an unrestricted practicing certificate.
