Timberfix (TFX) is one of Australia's fastest-growing construction supply businesses, servicing the commercial construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
With our Queensland branch experiencing rapid growth, we're looking for a proactive and organised Branch Operations Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our Queensland team.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure our customers receive outstanding service while helping build a successful branch from the ground up.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Queensland branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
- Coordinating deliveries and daily driver schedules
- Purchasing products and sourcing items from local suppliers
- Assisting with order fulfilment and inventory requirements
- Providing outstanding customer service and sales support
- General office administration and branch coordination
- Working closely with our sales,
warehouse and purchasing teams
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
Experience within construction, industrial or trade supply is highly regarded but not essential.
