Join our Respiratory Out of Hospital Services Team

Join the SALHN Out of Hospital Respiratory Service and make a meaningful impact by delivering specialised physiotherapy care to people living with chronic respiratory conditions. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide home-based respiratory rehabilitation, airway clearance services, and community-based pulmonary rehabilitation programs that help patients improve their health, independence, and quality of life. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to collaborate across healthcare sectors, apply advanced clinical skills, and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement. About you:

- Demonstrated experience working as a clinician with chronic disease, in particular in the care of people living with chronic respiratory conditions
- Apply a high level of skilled accountability, integrity, ethical standards and decision making, and to be self-aware and positive when faced with difficult clinical and interpersonal situations
- Use professional judgement in clinical decision making,



which contributes to the development of new and innovative service models to respond to the changing needs of the health system and the community
- Be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change, aligning with key organisational priorities and particularly in an workplace with competing demands and changing service partners
- Undertake a range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions on an individual and group basis that address the physical, emotional and social aspects of clients health and wellbeing
