About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused OT Clinical Leader with strong experience to guide and grow our national team of Occupational Therapists. This is your chance to lead with impact , shape clinical excellence, and support the next generation of OT's

You’ll:

- Lead and mentor OTs across multiple states and practice areas

- Champion client-centric, evidence-based care

- Build and enhance internal training resources

- Drive professional development and career mapping initiatives

- Contribute to business processes that support future growth

- Work across both paediatric and adult caseloads (tailored to your strengths)

✅ What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy





- AHPRA Registration

- NDIS experience and understanding (essential)

- Strong clinical background

- Passion for leadership, mentoring, and team development

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle

- Additional disability-specific qualifications (highly regarded)
