We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Caravan Service Technician to join our Perth team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with caravan, RV, automotive, or related trade experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a professional team environment.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, testing, and preparing caravans to a high standard. You will work across a range of tasks including general servicing, warranty repairs, accessory fitment, pre-delivery checks, and repair work on both new and used caravans.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and well-presented caravans.

Key responsibilities

- Service and maintain new and used caravans

- Carry out general caravan and camper trailer repairs

- Complete warranty and insurance repair work

- Perform brake and bearing servicing

- Conduct safety checks and testing of caravan systems

- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and prepare vans for handover

- Complete internal repair work, including ply repairs

- Undertake external repair work including sheeting, checker plate, and stucco sheet repairs

- Fit accessories and carry out related installation work

- Clean and prepare caravans for customer delivery





- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

- Work closely with the service team to support daily workshop operations

Skills and experience

- Previous experience in a similar role and/or a relevant trade background

- Experience working on caravans, camper trailers, RVs, or within a related automotive/service industry

- Good understanding of caravan servicing and repair work

- Experience with brake servicing and repairs

- Knowledge of 12V electrical systems highly regarded

- Plumbing, welding, woodwork, or general repair experience would be an advantage

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Current driver’s licence

- Forklift licence would be an advantage
