Our Canberra restaurant is seeking Waiters to join the team - 25-30 hours available.

We are looking for candidates with :

- Previous A La Carte restaurant experience - 2-3 years
- A valid RSA
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- steak knowledge preferred
- Good and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.




- experience working in similar fast paced environment
- own transportation - able to stay past 11pm, if needed
- Must have weekday availability and able to do closings
- Availability to work Monday - Sunday, be able to work lunch shifts and double shifts.
