? WE’RE HIRING – BDM / OPERATIONS MANAGER (WET HIRE) ?

3D SiteWorx is looking for an experienced BDM / Operations Manager to lead and grow our expanding WET Hire division.

This is a unique role combining business development, operations, and fleet management . You’ll be responsible for growing our customer base while ensuring our operators, machines, and projects run safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating recent business and building long-term client relationships
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the WET Hire division
• Coordinating operators, machines, and project schedules
• Organising repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance
• Coordinating machine transport and logistics
• Maximising fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction
• Leading and supporting our operations team




• Identifying opportunities to grow the WET Hire business

We’re looking for someone who has:
✔ Experience in business development and operations within civil construction or earthmoving
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
✔ The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
✔ The ability to jump into a machine and cover operators when required would be a huge advantage
