Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Hand to join a busy distribution centre team in Hazelmere . In this role, you will assist with quality checks, product rework, repackaging, relabelling, and general warehouse duties to ensure products meet customer and company standards prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections on returned, damaged, or incorrectly packed products
- Rework stock by relabelling, repackaging, or correcting product issues
- Repack goods to customer and internal specifications
- Accurately scan, record, and relocate stock within the warehouse
- Support warehouse operations with general manual handling and housekeeping duties
- Work closely with warehouse, picking, packing, and quality teams to maintain product standards
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean,



organised, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, production, or general hand experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners is desirable
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
