Join a friendly MDT delivering community NDIS therapy across all abilities. You’ll be supported by specialists in Deaf and/or blind practice when needed, who co-treat and mentor, with the option to step into a separate specialist pathway. Work with caseloads across a multitude of areas, disabilities and age ranges.

Your Week
- Functional assessments, intervention, and capacity-building therapy across NDIS participants (no complex home mods)
- Self-managed diary (or get scheduling help) with variety across age groups; preferences accommodated
- Complex referrals triaged by the lead; MDT case meetings each term
Onboarding & Support
- Week 1: Policies & e-learning
- Week 2: Start meeting clients with senior support

About You
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (All experience welcomed)
- Driver's License and Car
- NDIS Clearance, working with children's checks, and national police clearance
- Collaborative, growth-minded, and keen to contribute to a warm, social team
