High Pressure Cleaning Technician – Diamond Pressure Washing Perth
We are seeking a skilled and reliable candidate to join our team. This is a casual position with hours ranging from 30-50 hours per week. As a High Pressure Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering professional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients across the Perth area. You will be responsible for driving our company vehicle and operating high-pressure cleaning equipment to achieve maximum results whilst ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and our clients' properties.
What you'll be doing
1. Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment to clean various surfaces including driveways, patios, walkways, and common areas within residential properties.
2. Prepare work areas and inspect surfaces to determine the most appropriate cleaning methods and pressure settings
3. Mix and apply cleaning solutions and chemicals where required to ensure optimal results
4. Follow health and safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
5. Transport equipment safely to and from job sites
6. Maintain and perform routine servicing on cleaning equipment to ensure it remains in working order
7. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and provide professional advice
8. Document completed work and report any equipment issues to management
9. Keep work vehicle clean and tidy, disposing of waste appropriately
What we're looking for
1. Proven high pressure cleaning experience is preferred, although if you don't have experience you must be willing and able to learn quickly
2. Physical fitness (e.g. able to lift at least 20kg) and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions,
including the Perth summer heat
3. A valid driver's licence (manual preferred although not necessary)
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Ability to follow health and safety procedures and work responsibly
7. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
8. Flexibility and willingness to work wide-ranging hours, including weekends if required
