Opportunity
An experienced Associate Dentist is sought for a well-equipped, supportively-run practice in Perth's south-east, part of a small and established dental group with a genuine focus on clinical quality and long-term team development.
The clinic is fitted out with in-house 3D imaging and printing technology and an on-site dental laboratory, giving clinicians the tools to deliver efficient, high-quality dentistry with minimal reliance on external providers. You'll work alongside an experienced Oral Health Therapist who manages hygiene and preventive care, and a supportive administrative team that keeps the day running smoothly.
This part-time role, available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with the option of a half-day Saturday, is well suited to a clinician looking for genuine autonomy, modern facilities and a practice culture that supports development over the long term.
Key Highlights
- Part-time role, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (optional half-day Saturday)
- Modern in-house 3D imaging, printing and on-site laboratory
- Genuine clinical autonomy in a well-equipped setting
- Supportive Oral Health Therapist and administrative team
- Surgical caseload available for those with (or building) extraction experience
- Part of a small, established dental group with long-term development pathways
- Commission-based remuneration with strong earning potential
Location
The practice is based in Perth's outer south-east, in the Darling Scarp foothills,
with good access via the Armadale rail line. It's a well-established community setting offering a genuine change of pace from busier inner-city practices.
About You
You're an experienced, clinically confident dentist who values a well-run, well-equipped practice environment and a genuine team culture. Surgical experience, particularly with extractions and wisdom teeth, is highly regarded, though implant experience is welcomed rather than required.
You're looking for a long-term, part-time role where you can grow professionally, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team.

- Make full use of in-house imaging, printing and laboratory facilities
