About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the showroom by supporting the Store Manager and leading the team from the front.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the showroomLeading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targetsDelivering an exceptional customer experienceSupporting inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandisingDriving promotional activities and sales initiativesMaintaining high presentation standards throughout the storeBuilding solid relationships with customers and the local community
About You
You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people and achieving results.
You'll Bring




Previous experience in a retail leadership role, such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or SupervisorStrong leadership and coaching skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesA commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targetsConfidence managing stock, merchandising, and daily store operationsAn interest in furniture, homewares, or interior styling will be highly regarded
