The Opportunity
Youth Lab is seeking applications from experienced Dermal Therapists / Dermal Clinicians to join our growing team on either a casual or part-time basis.
Working alongside our cosmetic physicians, nurses and experienced dermal team, you'll provide tailored treatment plans and advanced skin therapies while delivering the exceptional level of care our clients have come to expect.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A qualification as a Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician (essential)
- A minimum of three years' experience in cosmetic dermal therapies
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence recommending professional skincare and treatment plans
- Experience with premium cosmeceutical skincare brands
- A strong understanding of skin anatomy,
physiology and evidence-based treatment planning
- Enthusiasm, initiative and a commitment to ongoing learning
Experience performing the following treatments is highly regarded, although experience across every modality is not essential:
- Comprehensive skin consultations
- HydraFacial®
- Microdermabrasion
- Chemical peels
- Skin needling
- IPL / BBL treatments
- Laser treatments
From time to time, you'll also support our Clinic Coordinators by assisting with reception and client interactions to ensure a seamless client experience.
