Crystalise is a growing organisation and is continuing to build their Asset Management expertise in Australia, which provides an exciting chance to take a key role in growing the business in the areas of Asset Management, Asset Planning, Maintenance Engineering and Reliability Engineering.
Key duties include but not limited to;
- Plan and coordinate the fixed plant maintenance.
- Develop maintenance strategies, as well as planning / scheduling,
coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of fixed plant equipment
- Working with the maintenance supervisor’s to safely, efficiently and cost effectively maintain assets.
- Organising schedules/work orders for the maintenance teams
- Organising parts and labour needed in a timely manner for future works, contractor labour and offsite repairs to minimize disruption to the operation
- Analysing the risk of equipment failure, undertake performance measurement and ensure that maintenance costs are kept as low as possible
Key attributes for success;
- Trade qualified with experience in fixed plant planning and scheduling
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
