We are looking for a Manual & CNC Machinist to join our team in Malaga.

The position is full-time , with a 38hr working week, with overtime available.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a modern, well-equipped workshop working across both manual and CNC machines .

Your day-to-day will include:

-Operating manual lathes, grinders, and boring machines

-Working with CNC lathes, mills, and borers (Fanuc controls)

-Performing set-ups, programming, and machining to tight tolerances

-Measuring and recording precision data pre/post machining





-Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

-Supporting maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment

-Using cranes and lifting equipment safely

-Maintaining high quality, safety, and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and takes pride in precision work .

Essential:

-Trade qualification (or apprenticeship) in Machining / Engineering

-Experience with manual and/or CNC machining

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

-Strong attention to detail and quality

-Team-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

-Valid driver’s licence & working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:

-Experience with Fanuc controls & CNC programming

-Workshop or manufacturing experience (2+ years ideal, but not essential)

-Forklift (LF) or Dogging licence

-Fabrication / welding skills

-Exposure to QA/QC systems

Hours of Work

- Mon – Fri. 7.00am to 3.00pm. 38hr working week

- Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on workload. Penalty rates apply.
