An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a Top Tier contractor delivering a significant high-rise development on the Gold Coast.
Working alongside an experienced project leadership team, you will oversee all structural works through critical stages of the build and play a pivotal role in project success. This is a luxury Highrise just under 30 storeys high and will go down 4 basement levels,
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise structural construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
- Drive programme milestones and productivity
- Monitor quality and compliance standards
- Ensure all works are delivered safely
- Work closely with project management and engineering teams
- Strong background delivering commercial or residential high-rise projects
- Sound understanding of structural construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
