MAINTENANCE / GROUNDSPERSON
Position Type: Full-time permanent
Hours / FTE: 76 hours per fortnight
Commencement date: As soon as possible

Classification & Benefits
This role is classified as Level 3 (unaveraged) under the NSW and ACT Systemic Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2025 as updated or reviewed. Detailed information regarding the level, salary increments, and general employment conditions can be found within the Agreement.
Applicants Must
hold a valid NSW Working with Children Checkcomply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment

Selection Criteria




Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with all members of the school community both individually and as a member of a team Understanding of and capability to apply Workplace Health and Safety standards, especially in the use and application of cleaning equipment and materials Proven ability as an effective team member Physical fitness is an essential criterion as the role requires some lifting and physical labour.Ability to understand the work environment by, learning quickly to use and maintain, cleaning equipment, materials and chemical supplies.Supports productive working relationships by carrying out cleaning duties with limited supervision and cooperatively participate as a team member.Displays personal drive and integrity.Awareness of the need for security in relation to rooms and buildings, personal property and equipment.Basic Computer skills.
