Siemons Lawyers are a leading and long established property and commercial law firm located in Noosa Heads.

We are seeking an experienced property and commercial paralegal to join our team.

The role will be supporting our Principal and other experienced paralegals.

The position would suit candidates with relevant experience in the areas of property and commercial law, conveyancing and wills and estates.

Our up-to-date offices are centrally located in Noosa Heads with ample off street parking available.

Responsibilities for the role include:-

- file management

- preparation of correspondence

- document preparation including contracts of sale, lease documents, deeds, titles office documents, wills, powers of attorney and probate documents

- digital dictation

- conducting searches

- liaising with clients

- client billing

- assisting with reception duties





- assisting with administration matters

- assisting other paralegal staff

Applicants will need to demonstrate:-

- Previous experience working in a legal firm in a similar role

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with Lexis Affinity an advantage

- Experience with PEXA an advantage

- Experience with dictation systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent word processing skills

- A professional manner and client service skills

- The ability to work in a team environment

Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skills.
