An exciting opportunity exists to join the Elements Healthcare team as a Full time (appox. 8 am-4 pm) Aged Care Pharmacist or a Part-time Checking Pharmacist 3 days per week. We are a growing, Perth-based company that services residential care facilities within the metropolitan area. We are based in Tuart Hill, 5 minutes north of the CBD.

- Have basic computer skills

Under the direction of the manager, your duties would involve but are not limited to:

- Charting Medication

- Liaise with Doctors, Nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals

- Check packed Medication packing via medication detection checking software
