At a Glance

- Position: FOH Staff / Future Floor Supervisor Candidate
- Hours: Part-Time / Casual (Mainly Dinner Service: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM )
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Training & Mentorship (Core Responsibility): Train, guide, and nurture team members to maintain high service standards, consistency, and team confidence.
- Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellent FOH service, customer hospitality, and fast-paced operational flow.
- Floor Operations: Assist management in supervising daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction during peak service hours.
- Standards & Compliance: Act as a role model in food safety, RSA compliance, and store presentation.

What We Are Looking For

- RSA Certificate is mandatory.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy hospitality environment.
- Proven passion/ability for coaching and training: Strong communication skills with a natural talent for teaching, encouraging, and elevating others.
- Availability for weekend shifts and evening dinner services (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Strong leadership skills: A hands-on leader who brings the team together and fosters a positive work culture.
- Fast-paced agility: Ability to think on your feet, multi-task, and stay composed during busy peak periods.
