An established and highly regarded real estate agency on the South Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its close-knit and collaborative team.

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties , overseeing the portfolio end-to-end while receiving dedicated support with leasing and administration , allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.
Reporting into an experienced leadership team, you'll also work alongside a group of knowledgeable Property Managers who are always willing to share ideas and support each other.

About you
- Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Confident managing a portfolio from end to end
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture
- Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
