What You'll Be Doing

- Speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads (zero cold calling)

- Building real trust and rapport with clients

- Managing the full client journey from intro to happy outcome

- Collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team

- Constantly improving through weekly team training and coaching

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years' experience in sales, client service, or account management

- Building rapport is your superpower

- You're confident on the phone but never pushy

- You have a customer-first attitude with a dash of greatness.

- You want to grow fast , learn every week, and contribute to a team

- Solid computer literacy and the ability to multitask

- Bonus: experience in automotive, finance, or insurance (not required)
