You don't need building industry experience.

We'll teach you everything you need to know through structured training, mentorship and real-world coaching.

What You'll Do

As a New Home Consultant, you'll become the trusted advisor for first home buyers.

You'll:

- Guide clients through the entire home-building journey

- Compare leading WA builders

- Build genuine long-term relationships

- Generate new opportunities through networking and referrals

- Manage qualified appointments booked by our qualification team

- Meet clients face-to-face, over the phone and online

- Create engaging social media content

- Build your own personal brand while representing Home Seekers Australia

This is a relationship-based role, not a transactional sales job.

Social Media Is Part of the Role

Today's buyers choose people before they choose businesses.

Creating authentic content is an key part of this role.





You'll need to be comfortable appearing on camera and consistently creating content across social media platforms.

If you already have a local following on Instagram, TikTok or other platforms, that's a bonus, but not essential.

Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.

This Isn't a 9-to-5 Job

Our senior consultants treat this like their own business.

They typically work across a 7-day roster , averaging 50 to 60 hours per week , with the flexibility to manage their own schedule.

Our senior consultants have the flexibility to take extended periods of leave each year because they've built strong pipelines and recurring referral networks

This role is designed for people who are prepared to invest in building something meaningful rather than simply working set hours.
