About the role
We're looking for a switched-on Client Services Administrator to provide centralised support across the practice, helping to streamline client-related services and free up time for the accounting team to focus on higher-value work. You'll work closely with managers and senior consultants, liaising directly with clients and external service providers, so this role suits someone who's organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and finalising completed client compliance work
- Managing lodgements and liaising with the ATO on clients' behalf
- Keeping client details up to date across government portals
- Coordinating annual reviews and other secretarial obligations for corporate clients
- Handling day-to-day client requests and general admin support
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administration or client services role within an accounting or professional services environment (highly regarded but not essential)
- Essential: hands-on experience with ASIC and ATO portals
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to support the team
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising directly with clients and external providers
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
