Pentium Test Pumping is dedicated to the Australian groundwater industry. We strive to provide robust, valid, and statistically meaningful groundwater data by providing clients with tailor-made test pumping solutions.
With the addition of a new test pumping suite, we are seeking experienced Test Pumping Technicians to join the team.
About the role
- Assist with the secure mobilisation of the test pumping rigs
- Responsible for site set up, demobilisation and clean-up of equipment
- Accurately collect and record groundwater data
- Prepare and deliver quality reports for all stakeholders
About you, your skills and experience
- Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture for all stakeholders
- You’re not afraid to get in and get the job done – you lead by example
- Operated large trucks, motors, generators,
pumps and environmental monitoring equipment
- Operated drip meters and field chemistry instruments
- Experience in hydrogeology/test pumping in the mining, agriculture, exploration, or heavy industries, is preferred
- Sound computer skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to pass a pre-employment and ongoing medical including alcohol and drug testing
- Have the unrestricted right to work in Australia
- HR driver’s licence
- Able to work FIFO and DIDO contracts
