North West Mining and Civil (NWMC) has exciting opportunities for experienced Site Supervisors to lead our on-site teams across the Pilbara Region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead on-site project teams and make sure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supervising and coordinating multiple civil and earthworks projects

Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment

Managing schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Problem-solving on site to keep projects on track

Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, and contractors

Building strong working relationships across all levels of the project

What We’re Looking For





Statutory Supervisor Certificate - S26 desirable

Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within civil or earthworks

Strong understanding of project delivery, safety, and scheduling

Confident managing crews, equipment, and materials

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel

Familiarity with Rio Tinto site standards (advantageous)

Great communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude
