We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and some knowledge of Greek Cuisine , including preparing traditional Greek dishes and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards or food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Assist with the preparation of Greek and Mediterranean dishes
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and well stocked
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during bust service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook or chef
- Experience preparing Greek cuisine is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
