Positions Available
Curry Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
Tandoori Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic tandoori dishes using traditional techniques.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Prepare marinades, naan breads, kebabs, and other tandoori specialties.
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Wait Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in the position applied for.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary package: $76,000–$80,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
