The Role

As Centre Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the service, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes while maintaining a positive and engaged team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Leading the day-to-day operations of the service

- Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of passionate educators

- Embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards into everyday practice

- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory, quality and safety requirements

- Building strong relationships with families and the local community

- Managing staffing, rosters, occupancy, budgets and operational performance

- Driving continuous improvement across all areas of the service

About You

You'll bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

- Previous experience leading an early learning service

- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework

- A cooperative leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators
