What You'll Be Doing

- Installing gates, fencing and automation systems

- Setting out projects from plans and specifications

- Digging post holes and setting posts

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

- Building the skills required to eventually run your own jobs

You are someone who:

- Takes pride in your work

- Shows up on time and can be relied upon

- Enjoys working outdoors and solving problems





- Wants to learn new skills and improve every day

- Can communicate well with teammates and customers

- Has a current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

- Construction, fencing, landscaping or trade experience

- Experience reading plans and drawings

- Light truck licence

- Machinery or equipment operating experience

- Forklift, EWP or other tickets
