Cafe Uno, a thriving cafe base in Biggera Waters, QLD is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team full time. Applicants must have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role as a Cook. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing and display of cabinet foods
- Preparing and cooking all foods on the menu and serving to a high standard
- Prepare foods for dietary requirements
- Training staff
- Maintaining health and safety
- Cleanliness and product quality
- Plan menus, food costing, and bringing in budget
- Rotation of foods with minimal waste
