The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience working in dental
- The ability to warmly greet and meet patients, handle incoming and outgoing calls, process accounts and co-manage the appointment book
- The ability to provide chair side assistance and a willingness to assist with sterilization processing, room changeovers and restocking as required
- An energetic approach to keep pace with our passionate team
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
- Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
- A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
- Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
