Human Resource Officer (HR)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: As a Human Resource Officer at Touch And Solve, you will manage and oversee all aspects of payroll and human resource functions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate payroll processing, employee lifecycle from hiring to separation, and providing support in various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding payroll, benefits,



and HR policies.Administer employee perks programs and handle related inquiries.Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
