Job Title: Maintenance Lead Hand (Day Shift 6am-2pm)

About the role

To provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring safety standards, effective maintenance schedules and standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Lead the maintenance team in daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule repairs and routine maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance in a manufacturing, mineral processing or heavy industry setting.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role with leadership responsibilities.
- Robust understanding of maintenance machinery, tools, and systems.
