Position : Senior Butcher

Wage : Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing and cutting meat to high standards
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the work area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing stock and ensuring proper storage
- Assisting with training and supervision of junior staff
Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Must be a fully qualified butcher
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
