Due to continued growth within our Logistics division, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Kewdale warehouse operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager - Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to four team members while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of customer inventory.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working on the floor, driving performance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of up to four team members.

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.

- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training where required.

- Conduct regular stock control activities including cycle counts and inventory investigations.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and operational discipline.

- Assist with labour planning and resource allocation to meet daily workloads.

- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.





- Liaise with transport providers, customers, and internal stakeholders as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Supervisor role within a 3PL or distribution environment.

- Strong experience using RF scanning technology and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Sound understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse staff.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) required.

- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3+ years' warehouse leadership experience.

- Experience within a multi-client 3PL operation.

- Strong RF scanning and WMS skills.

- Current Forklift Licence.

- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and customer service outcomes.
