We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Assistant to join our team at our Toowoomba Corporate Office. This is a Full Time Monday to Friday position. You'll be a key part of our online sales team, helping customers find the right parts and ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

- Process online sales orders, invoicing, and customer communications through various e-commerce channels

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone and online messaging platforms to assist them in finding the right products for their machinery

- Identify and interpret machinery and parts requirements, including make, model, year, and manufacturer specifications

- Explain product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers

- Provide tracking information and order updates to customers both online and directly

- Process returns, refunds, and related customer requests

- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring information is current, accurate and compelling





What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building customer relationships

- Proficiency with computer systems, e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office applications with confidence learning new systems and software quickly

- Sales experience or an interest in agricultural machinery and parts (advantageous but not essential)

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry

- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and perform well under pressure

- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to take initiative
