Pearl Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading national construction and mining contractor to recruit multiple HSE Advisors for major project opportunities in Far North Queensland.
These are excellent opportunities for safety professionals looking to join a reputable contractor with a robust project pipeline and the potential for long-term employment. All positions offer an 8:6 roster, 12-hour day shifts, and an immediate start.
HSE Advisor
- $85.00 per hour (Flat Rate) + Super
- 8:6 Roster | Dayshift Only
- 3 Month Project with ongoing work
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Immediate Starts Available
Key Responsibilities: This position will see you performing a wide variety of duties, with the focus on HSE compliance, processes, and injury management.
You will be responsible for (however not limited to) the following duties:
- Development, implementation, and review of HSE documentation.
- Injury management and reporting.
- Conducting site-based inspections and audits.
- Consulting with supervisory personnel and employees on HSE issues.
- Maintaining risk identification processes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- ICAM Certificate
- Relevant mining and construction experience
- Driver’s License
- Construction White Card
- First Aid (within 3 years)
- Drug and Alcohol Testing Certificate
