- Basic gardening tasks, Mower, Whipper Snippering, Mulching, Pole Saw, Trimming & Edging.
- Weed maintenance and spraying
- Operating Ride on Mowers to maintain fields, parks and verges
- Operating machinery to perform tree planting and tree care
- Taking care of trees in public open spaces, reserves and streetscapes
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Provide the support to achieve high quality outcomes
Criteria
- White card
- Horticultural and Arboriculture industry experience (required)
- Experience in the use of Ride on Mowers (TORO) (desirable)
- Pest Management Technician Licence (desirable)
- Chainsaw licence (desirable)
- Minimum 6 month's experience within a landscaping role
- Able to work in accordance with WHS industry obligations
- Valid driver's licence
- Current National Police Clearance (Required - Less than 3 months old)
- Physically fit & Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
