About The Role
FMS Group is seeking experienced and safety-focused Riggers to join our shutdown crews across various mine sites in the Bowen Basin, QLD.
We are looking for motivated, reliable Riggers who take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently the first time.
This is a casual position offering ongoing shutdown opportunities working either a 4/4/4 or 5/5/5 roster. Successful candidates will join a high-performing maintenance team delivering shutdown and project works in a fast-paced mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out shutdown maintenance and project works across various mine sites throughout the Bowen BasinPerform rigging, lifting, and dogging activities in accordance with site procedures and industry standardsSafely execute complex lifts using cranes, chain blocks, and other lifting equipmentWork across various roster schedules to meet operational requirementsPrevious experience in Fixed Plant, Shovel, and Dragline shutdown maintenance is highly regarded
