About the role
Due to continued expansion and growth, Restofix Services is seeking an experienced Restoration Services Administrator to join our Perth-based team.

This is a full-time position , working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday , and is initially offered as a 12-month contract , with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Restoration Services division, helping to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, outstanding customer service, and the smooth delivery of restoration projects across Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and process customer enquiries, bookings, and orders for restoration services

2. Coordinate schedules and appointments for restoration technicians

3. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to restoration projects

4. Assist with the preparation of estimates, invoices, and other financial documents

5. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

6. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the restoration or construction industry

2.



Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
