The Cross Keys Hotel is seeking an experienced Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our busy and growing team.
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has a robust understanding of gaming and TAB operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
This is more than just a standard attendant role — for the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and progress into within the venue.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 12 months' experience working in a Gaming and/or TAB environment
- Strong knowledge and experience with gaming machines, TAB systems and procedures
- Current RSA, RSG and TAB Compliance Certificates
- Solid cash handling skills and experience managing tills and cash procedures
- A basic understanding of gaming compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations
- A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements
- A customer-first approach and the ability to deliver exceptional service
- A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to support the wider team
