We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team at our Head Office in Unanderra.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales
- Assist customers with technical product selection
- Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Provide valuable support to the external sales team

Selection Criteria

- Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
