Noisette Bakery in Dandenong South is seeking a Qualified Baker to join our busy production team. This permanent full time role covers morning shifts, with a hands-on focus on crafting artisan breads, sourdough loaves, and specialty rolls for retail and foodservice across Australia.
You will operate commercial baking equipment, monitor proofing and baking processes, and maintain high standards of food safety. A Trade Certificate or Diploma is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued.
