As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dependable Casual Property Inspector to join the team.

This role is ideally suited to a former Property Manager who understands compliance obligations, reporting standards, and the importance of clear, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting residential property inspections, including:

Routine inspections

Ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Capturing detailed photographic evidence

Producing clear, accurate, and professional written reports

Identifying maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues, and tenancy compliance matters





Maintaining professional interactions with tenants where required

Communicating effectively with agency property management teams

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence (essential)

Minimum 2–3 years experience in residential property management (essential)

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written reporting

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Professional presentation and communication

Flexibility and availability to accept bookings on a casual, on-call basis

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Confidence using variety of inspection/reporting software (preferred)

Eligibility to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident
