What you’ll do
- ·Conduct screenings,
clinical interviews, riskassessments and Mental Status Examinations.
- ·Identify barriers and create individualisedsupport plans using a biopsychosocial approach.
- ·Administer and interpret psychometric measuresfor wellbeing, vocational functioning and job readiness.
- ·Deliver evidence-based individual interventionsand structured group workshops within your scope.
- ·Partner with referrers, employment services andcommunity providers to achieve lasting outcomes.
- ·Keep explicit, timely case notes, reports andoutcome records.
You’ll thrive here if you bring
- ·Relevant qualifications and current AHPRAregistration as a Provisional Psychologist, with no conditions on practice.
- ·Eligibility and commitment to complete the 5+1pathway, including supervised practice and the National Psychology Exam.
- ·A warm, practical and person-centred approach.
- ·Sound judgement, curiosity and a commitment toethical, evidence-based practice.
- ·Strong communication, organisation anddocumentation skills.
- ·Mental health, community, vocational oremployment services experience is welcome—but mindset and commitment mattermost.
- ·The essentials: Australian working rights, a currentdriver’s licence, and the ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactoryNational Police Check and state-relevant Working with Children Check.
