Dorsett Melbourne is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with food preparation, cooking and presentation across hotel outlets while developing your culinary skills in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
You should have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or be working towards it), plus a practical attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
