We are seeking a Colocation Coordinator to undertake application reviews. This opportunity is open for both Melbourne or Sydney based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply your broad knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure to assess site share applications.
- Undertake Site Share Compliance activities including engagement with customers, agents and facilitating approvals.
- Provide a solution-oriented approach to site share applications.
- Ensure compliance to standards, including; site share, structural engineering, design & construct.
- Ensure compliance to Australian standards & Supply Authority Regulatory requirements.
- Actively engage with all key internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of processes to deliver efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively to resolve complex issues as they arise and within agreed timeframes.

To be successful, you must have:

- Understanding of Site Share/Colocation processes in the mobiles/wireless/radio network industry
- 3+ years' industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in Site Share
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple queues in compressed time in a rapid-moving environment
- Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience across multiple departments and cross functional teams
- Ability to navigate and translate complex issues in an understandable, organised method
- Ability to build relationships & communicate effectively at all levels
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills
